UN Alleges Deadliest U.S.-Afghan Civilian Toll

The UN and Afghan government report that as many as 90 civilians were killed in a U.S. bombardment. Gen. David D. McKiernan, US commander for Afghanistan, disagrees with the finding.  (NYT)
