Dodd: Bush Should Nominate His Successor’s Treasury Chief

Senate Banking Committee Chair Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) said President George W. Bush should nominate his successor’s Treasury secretary in order to facilitate a “seamless transition” during the financial crisis. (Bloomberg)
