Shiite Bloc Demands U.S. Leave Iraq By 2011

The Shiite United Iraqi Alliance, parliament’s largest bloc, has set a 2011 withdrawal by U.S. forces as a condition for approving a draft agreement to extend the U.S. status of forces agreement. (Washington Post) They also want more jurisdiction in determining troop immunity.
