Polls Show Obama Lead In Ohio

Sen. Barack Obama has a six-point lead over Sen. John McCain (51% to 45%) among likely voters in Ohio, a state considered key to McCain’s victory in the bid for the White House, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll. (Washington Post)The margin of sampling error was 3%. A nationwide average of polls shows a similar shift.

  • Fox/Rasmussen: McCain 48%, Obama 47%
  • Quinnipiac: Obama 50%, McCain 42%
  • Survey USA: McCain 49%, Obama 48%
