Dodd Offers His Own Proposal For Rescue

Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.) circulated a 44-page draft legislation, which includes provision for the government to take shares of the companies that participate in the rescue plan as well as restricting executive compensation. (WSJ, Politico)
