Democrats Question Judicial Bypass Provision In Bailout Plan

House Democrats are questioning the legality of a provision in Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson’s emergency rescue bill.  It proposes to bar judicial scrutiny of the $700 billion bailout plan.  (Bloomberg, WSJ)
