IBM Partnering With Chip Startups

IBM’s venture capital group will partner with VCs to stimulate investment in the semiconductor space, reducing costs and risk associated with chip manufacturing. Start-ups will have access to IBM intellectual property and perhaps even some fabs. (GigaOM)
