Motorola Readies Android Social Smartphone

Motorola will introduce its own version of an Android-based iPhone-like touch screen smartphone with a slide-out qwerty keyboard and a number of social-network-friendly features in the first half of 2009. HTC is brining the first Android phone to market this week. (BusinessWeek.)
