Paulson Outlines Recapitalization Process

U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said financial institutions can apply to be part of the government’s $250 billion capital injection plan by the end of business Monday, noting that a broad group of banks have expressed interest in the program. (WSJ)
