The Curator locates, summarizes, juxtaposes and links to the highest-quality, most authoritative online sources of business and political news: breaking news, analysis, background and opinion.

There’s a vast and burgeoning amount of news and information on the Web. The Curator’s mission is to intelligently aggregate the best, smartest, and most in-depth of the day’s stories for the serious reader.

We at The Curator believe no single source of news or information can cover every important story, nor cover every story best. Our stories and summaries are selected (or curated) by a staff of professional editors, all of whom have backgrounds at major magazines or metropolitan daily newspapers. This site is continually updated throughout the day with the finest coverage of the day’s news events our editors can find. Their mission is to cut through the online clutter of news sites, blogs, automated news aggregators, wire services, videos and images, to identify and link to the best stories of the day.

Because this is a beta version of The Curator’s site, we welcome your feedback on features and topics you’d like to see us add when we officially launch. In the future we plan to offer newsletter subscriptions as well as personalized features. In the meantime, you can subscribe to our RSS feeds.
